Refunds and Returns Policy

All returns need to be pre-authorised through our Customer Service department (boltadmin@boltagencies.co.za) who will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number which needs to be included in all correspondence and returns. RMA’s must be received within 30 days after delivery. Returns sent without a RMA will be returned.

RETURNS

The provision of goods and services by Bolt Agencies International is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bolt Agencies  International will refund the client in full within 30 days.

All goods and services correctly supplied per enquiry/order may not be returned.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and including packaging that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

– Any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, edit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company (if paid by card) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

SALE ITEMS

All sale priced items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and are returned in the original packaging.
